Export Finance Australia has won Employer of Choice (Public Sector and NFP) at the Australian HR Awards 2021 awards ceremony on Friday 17 September.
The HR Awards 2021 recognised Export Finance Australia as an employer that has demonstrated excellence by driving successful people strategies from the top and putting employees at the centre of the organisation.
Managing Director and CEO of Export Finance Australia, Ms Swati Dave, thanked the HR Awards 2021 presented by HRD for their recognition.
“Our people are driven by a great sense of purpose which we’ve enabled by investing in team culture, capability, and embracing diversity and inclusion,” Ms Dave said.
“The award really belongs to all the people who make Export Finance Australia a great organisation to lead. It’s been wonderful to work with our Chief Human Resources Officer Victoria Doherty to champion our people strategies and employee engagement programs.”
Ms Dave said the Employer of Choice award acknowledged Export Finance Australia’s organisational culture, which is focused on engaging, developing and recognising employees. The award builds upon Export Finance Australia’s recent success recognised by WRK+ as number 5 of Best Places to Work 2021 for organisations with more than 100 employees.
Chief Human Resources Officer, Victoria Doherty, said the award helped to cement Export Finance Australia as a great place to work.
