The purpose of this newly created role is to maintain accurate HR data, deliver insights that drive decisions, support the broader HR team in the implementation, configuration and optimisation of the HRIS, as well as supporting the design, delivery and administration of our Remuneration and Reward frameworks.
This role offers end-to-end exposure across HR systems, HR reporting and analytics, and remuneration and reward. This role will provide analytical insights, support cyclical process, ensure data accuracy and manage HR systems.

About you
HR Systems
- Facilitation of key HR processes and data capture, working independently with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of requirements.
- HRIS administration, including ongoing maintenance, validation, and updating of employee data within the HR system to ensure data integrity.
Remuneration /Reward & Benefits - Provide market intelligence and benchmarking insights to influence decision making.
- Maintain accurate remuneration information & conduct role benchmarking.
- Drive the annuation remuneration review process, including creating master data and maintaining accuracy of information, providing draft communications and project timelines in conjunction with other HR areas.
- Prepare modelling for annual remuneration review.
- Partner with the HRBP’s to advise on remuneration outcomes.
- Provide reward insights and assist with annual remuneration reporting in preparation for Board Papers.
- Manage the administration of employee benefits, including regular review of our offering to competitor market practices.
- Facilitate and manage performance rewards such as quarterly peer recognition awards.
HR Reporting
- Produce quarterly dashboard analytics for Board Papers.
- Produce regular data analytics for key stakeholders such as the Executive.
- Utilise HR system reporting capabilities to help inform stakeholder decision making.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree qualification in HR, business administration, finance or relevant technical disciplines.
- 5-7 years experience within a financial services or related industry.
- Advanced experience and direct ownership of HRIS platforms.
- Ability to create HR system reports and analyse data to help inform decisions.
- Experience with job architecture, grading systems or global reward frameworks.
- Familiarity and experience of remuneration surveys (for example Mercer, AON etc).
- Knowledge of and ability to conduct job benchmarking using the Financial Institutions Remuneration Group (FIRG) framework desirable but not essential.
- Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft suite, particularly Excel (modelling, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables) and HR systems.
- Experience of reviewing and comparing employee benefits to ensure fit for purpose and in line with current market practice.
- Enjoys being organised, juggling multiple priorities and professionally supporting stakeholders.
- The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
