The primary purpose of the Senior Manager, Business Analyst role is to drive the development and enhancement of our key business platforms, collaborating closely with our development team and business stakeholders. You will play a key role in gathering and analysing business requirements, translating them into functional user stories, and ensuring the successful delivery of technical and business solutions that align with our strategic objectives.

About you

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document functional requirements related to platform enhancements and customisations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Solutions delivery squad to ensure solutions are effectively defined, validated, and successfully adopted across the organisation.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Maintain feature documentation and supporting artefacts within the team knowledge repository.
  • Develop clear and structured business specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support effective solution design and delivery.
  • Partner with technical business analysts, developers, and solution architects to support the design, configuration, and implementation of solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Contribute to solution validation by supporting testing activities, including defining test scenarios and ensuring outcomes align with documented business requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support to end users on platform functionality and best practices.
  • Continuously monitor and assess platform performance, identifying areas for optimisation and enhancement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years relevant experience
  • Experience with one or more project manager methodologies and tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Business or Corporate banking/finance experience.
  • Knowledge or experience of business lending processes, including loan origination or credit approval workflows.
  • Experience working with IT delivery teams and Agile frameworks.
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce platform, configuration, Administration and ecosystem. 
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Solid understanding of CRM principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate project requirements, scope, and constraints, and identify potential areas of improvement or optimisation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, testers, and stakeholders, to ensure that project requirements are met, and project outcomes are achieved.
  • Ability to deliver complex business analysis projects, with a focus on improving efficiency and driving business growth
