  • an LGBTQ+ and Allies network - InclusivALLY. InclusivALLY provides development, education and resources for both LGBTQ+ and allies, as well as virtual and in-person events. 

  • inclusive paid parental leave supporting all types of families. We offer support for adoption, surrogacy and foster care. 

  • participation in annual LGBTQ+ days and events, such as Wear It Purple Day and Mardi Gras. 

  • access to resources, events and support through our membership with Pride in Diversity. 

  • paid gender affirmation leave 

  • active pulse checking of inclusion of practices through various feedback mechanisms.  

We are proud that all areas of inclusion are valued and observed by our employees. Through our annual surveys we know our inclusion practices rank at Best Workplace benchmark levels, with 99% of our employees observing that ‘people here are treated fairly regardless of their sexual orientation.’
