Transaction disclosure
We are committed to transparency and accountability in all our dealings. We provide a wide range of information on our transactions via:
- our transaction register
- our Annual Report
- media releases
- an archive of transactions associated with Category A projects.
We also provide details of our potential involvement in transactions associated with a project that has potential for significant adverse environmental and/or social impacts (Category A project). This includes access to the project’s environmental and social impact assessment.
Relevant Export Finance Australia sovereign lending, including lending undertaken in conjunction with Australian Infrastructure Financing Facility for the Pacific, is also disclosed as part of Australian Government reporting, accessible via the Treasury here.
Category A projects
Category A projects are those that we consider to have potential for significant adverse environmental and/or social impacts.
Our Category A project register discloses our potential involvement in these types of transactions that:
- have a repayment term or policy length of two years or more
- have a Special Drawing Rights (SDR) value of $10 million or more. The monetary limit does not apply to projects in sensitive areas.
